  The picture was made on September 15 in 2005 at the central busstation in Velbert. How can I add cities, that don't exist?

  The city "Velbert" isn't available in the choice yet, so I have the question how to create a section for it.

  I feel that you don't understand me. The 'City' is OK! But add one or two sentences (in 'Photos Description') about the place where the photo was taken (City and street necessarily), maybe some about the bus, circumstances, ideas, etc.
  Answer of your question: Firstly you must be logged. Find 'Deutschland' in the list of countries. Next find correct 'land' and click into. Below the list of cities you can find 'Add City' link. All clear? But if you want to add photo taken in the village, choose the county town (in UE NUTS 3).
