27 július 2004 - Ilfeld, Bahnhof. Dual Combino has travelled out from Nordhausen along the Harzquerbahn and here passes a conventional diesel railcar going in the opposite direction. The limit of Combino working is a short distance further along the line to Wernigerode.

27 július 2004 - Nordhausen, Germany - Bahnhofstrasse: Dual mode Combino #203 outside the railway station, changing ends to run along the Harzquerbahn. Although just a small-scale operation, these tram trains have boosted the infrequent servie on the railway and carry quite a few passengers to Ilfeld and to a hospital just beyond - it shows what can be achieved at relatively low cost.

23 augusztus 2004 - Ilfeld, Germany – Bahnhof. A Siemens Combino Duo of Nordhausen tramways operating on the Harzquerbahn, nearly 10km from the nearest overhead wires. This ‘Nordhausener S-Bahn’ shows what can be achieved with dual-mode equipment, sharing railway infrastructure with conventional trains. Here, of course, the trains are both diesel and steam hauled.

At Nordhausen Bahnhofsplatz, the engine will be turned off and the pantograph raised, so the tram can continue through the city streets - a procedure taking just a few seconds.

27 szeptember 2006 - Nordhausen, Bahnhof. Running under the control of Nordhausen signal box (just visible by the bridge in the distance) Dual Combino 203 passes the semaphore signal that allows it to access the Harzquerbahn tracks towards Ilfeld. Not something you see every day – in fact, it may be unique.

2 október 2010 - Nordhausen, Stolberger Straße. W liczącej 10 wagonów Combino flocie można wyróżnić trzy wersje. Najciekawszą z nich jest combino hybrydowe tzw. Combino Duo wyposażone w dodatkowy silnik spalinowy.

2 október 2010 - Nordhausen-Altentor. Combino Duo vel Spalino w akcji. Silnik spalinowy przydaje się na linii 10, która wskakuje na tory wąskotorówki i "pędzi" z prędkością 40 km/h do oddalonego o 11 km Ilfeld.

2 október 2010 - Ilfeld, dworzec kolejki wąskotorowej HSB. Spalino oczekuje na pasażerów zmierzających do Nordhausen. Przez 11 km w ruch będzie go wprawiał silnik BMW, aby na ulicach miasta zastąpił go silnik Siemensa.

20 július 2022 - Ilfled Neanderklinik. Tramwaj linii 10 w postaci dwutrakcyjnego Siemensa Combino Duo zakończył kurs z Nordhausen i oczekuje sygnału zezwalającego na zjazd do stacji Ilfeld. Tam odczeka, przepuszczając wagon motorowy Harzer Smalspurbahnen jadący do Nordhausen-Nord, aby wrócić na przystanek Ildeld Neanderklinik i podjąć kurs do Nordhausen.
