8 június 2009 - Bruxelles (BE) – Marie-Jose. STIB tram 7500 is known to enthusiasts as ‘Caroline’ and is kept in semi-preserved condition – this was the prototype for this type of tram. It’s often to be found in service on Lines 39/44 from Montgomery.

19 szeptember 2010 - Bruxelles/Brussel (BE) – Rue de Doc. Prototype articulated PCC ‘Caroline’ has new been withdrawn from normal service and is the latest addition to the STIB museum collection, which now numbers nearly 60 (yes, SIXTY) trams - more than the ENTIRE FLEET of Grudziadz, Elblag and Czestochawa!
