28 szeptember 2008 - Constanta, Romania - Pan Dobrogea. The first pictures on Phototrans of the Constanta tramway. Sadly, these may also be the last, as the remaining two routes are due to close any day now – all other lines have already been abandoned. The system uses a mixture of Romanian V3A Type articulated trams, supplied new for the opening of the system in 1984, and second-hand Tatra KT4-Ds from Berlin.

28 szeptember 2008 - Constanta, Romania – Strada Celulozei. Car 147 pauses at the tramway depot entrance. Although these trams weren’t built until the mid-1980s, they are a rather basic design.
