19 február 2010 - Alexandria (EG) – Shari El-Khedeiwi. Parked on a little siding here is an old Belgian tram converted into a tower wagon. It looks like it hasn’t moved in years. Now it makes a useful market stall! It has the cute upstairs balcony that seems to be an Alexandria speciality.

20 február 2010 - Alexandria (EG) – Shari El-Khedeiwi. The next day, the market has vanished and you can see the works tram clearly, including the nice illustration of a Düwag on the side. The metal supports are a little strange – perhaps this was once used as an electrical sub-station? Now it seems it is just a tool store for the more modern motor tower wagon permanently parked just behind.
