When the Constanta system finally closes (scheduled for 11 October 2008, but evidently still running into November), there is a possibility that Cluj-Napoca might buy some of these KT4-Ds to supplement their fleet of similar cars.

28 szeptember 2008 - Constanta, Romania – Strada Celulozei. Quality transport in Constanza – although a ride on the donkey cart is probably just as comfortable as the lurching, rattling tram seen disappearing into the bushes at the Line 102 turning loop. It’s probably quicker, too.
