30 augusztus 1989 - Crich, Derbyshire, UK – National Tramway Museum. London County Council ran its own extensive tramway system until London Transport was formed in 1933. This is a B Class car of 1903. On the museum tramway at Cliffside, single line tokens are being exchanged by the drivers so two trams can pass, whilst 106’s conductor is busy upstairs collecting fares and issuing tickets. This tram would originally have run with conduit current collection, not overhead wires.
