| Egyéb információ | Stagecoach Midlands was formed with the merger of the Northamptonshire and Warwickshire operations of Stagecoach. The Northamptonshire operations originate with United Counties Omnibus Company, later Stagecoach United Counties, which was set up in 1921. They passed to Stagecoach Midlands in 2010. The Warwickshire operations come from Midland Red (South), which was formed in 1981 and had operations in in Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire. In 1987 Midland Red South was bought by the Western Travel Group. The Western Travel Group was purchased by Stagecoach in 1993, the operation trading as Stagecoach Midland Red. In 1999 the depots in Coventry and Stratford upon Avon were closed. Following rebranding the company was called Stagecoach Warwickshire with operations in Banbury, Leamington Spa, Nuneaton and Rugby. The Banbury operation passed to Stagecoach Oxford in 2002. In 2010 the headquarters of the new combined Stagecoach Midlands moved from Rugby to Northampton.
