Ikarus 280.59 #2496
24 április 2015 - 2496 on line 119 between Sofia and Chelopechene with Vitosha mountain in the background. Line 119 runs from East bus station in Sofia, through Chelopechene quarter and reaches Botunets quarter. Both are former villages, which became part of the newly formed Kremikovtzi district of Sofia in 1978. It is said that all remaining Ikarus buses will be decommissioned this summer.

24 április 2015 - 2412 on line 119 at Kremikovtzi metalworks terminus. Line 119 makes 6 additional trips to Kremikovtzi on workdays and 2 trips on weekends. Regular trips of the line are served to Botunets quarter. Kremikovtzi was Bulgaria`s largest metalworking company. The construction of its facilities began on 5 November 1960 and the first production capacities were put into operation in 1963 to produce cast iron and coke, with production extending to cover other areas in the 1960s and 1970s. After a controversial privatisation in 1999 and years of deliberate draining by the new private owners, Kremikovtzi finally declared bankruptcy in 2009. 2412 is one of the last Ikarus buses still in service in Sofia. It is said that all remaining Ikarus buses will be decommissioned this summer.

Line 119 runs from East bus station in Sofia, through Chelopechene quarter and reaches Botunets quarter. Both are former villages, which became part of the newly formed Kremikovtzi district of Sofia in 1978. On the 15th of May Ikarus buses ceased operating on lines 118 and 119 and were replaced by Heuliez O 305G and Mercedes O 345G. Two weeks after the photo was taken, 2429 was withdrawn and currently awaits to be scrapped. It is said that all remaining Ikarus buses will be decommissioned by the end of May.

2002 - Warszawa, kraniec Kierbedzia. 119 była przykładem linii, z którą nie bardzo było wiadomo co zrobić. Snuła się ona przez 10 lat po Warszawie łącząc najpierw Muranów, a potem Młynów ze Stegnami, a następnie z Mokotowem. 24 április 2009 - Wrocław, odnoga ulicy Awicenny Ibn Siny. Przejechałem się dzisiaj tą linią i stwierdziłem, że zawracanie na terenie Poczty Polskiej to bardzo egzotyczne rozwiązanie.

1 február 2009 - Wrocław, ulica Ojca Beyzyma. Pogotowie techniczne wraca z pętelki Blacharska, gdzie udzialało pomocy Volvo #8104, które chwilę później zjechało do zajezdni. W tle czai się #8308 jako 119/5. Fajny ma klimat ta uliczka.
